Place of Meeting: Ford River Township Hall, 3845 K Road, Bark River, MI 49807
Purpose of Meeting: Residents are encouraged to attend and comment on the Draft – Ford River Short-Term Rental Ordinance. Copies of the proposed ordinances may be viewed on the Ford River Township website, www.fordriver.org, or by contacting the Township Supervisor.
After receiving comments the Planning Commission will convene to review and discuss comments received.
The purpose of the ordinances is to provide for regulations for siting and operation of short-term rental uses with the Township.
Written comments may be sent to the above address prior to the hearing.
Individuals requesting special accommodation to participate in this meeting should contact the Township Supervisor in advance of the meeting.
