Purpose of Meeting: The purpose of the hearing is to accept public comments on the proposed zoning ordinance amendment. The amendment is to propose definitions, inclusion in zoning districts, and application standards related to the permitting of short-term rental uses.
After receiving comments, the Planning Commission will convene to review and discuss comments received.
Copies of the proposed ordinances may be viewed on the Ford River Township website, www.fordriver.org, or by contacting the Township Supervisor. Individuals requesting special accommodation to participate in this meeting should contact the Township Supervisor in advance of the meeting. Written comments may be sent to the above address prior to the hearing.
